Owr mom's dear friend Tamela died Friday night after an 8 month battle with cancer.

Miles: We have had so much rain...

I have not seen a birdie in over a week!

Pierro: yeah and because of the buckets of rain,

there is a leak in the P.F.Z

and we were not allowed to even help clean it up!!

On September 11, 1983 mom and dad were married, so this Sunday they are celebrating their 28 years of happiness.
On September 11, 2001, our dad had just left the Pentagon after a meeting. He got on a Pentagon bus and traveled off to Arlington right before American Airlines flight 77 hit the Pentagon. That bus stop was destroyed and does not exist anymore.

Mom was very happy that our daddy came home.

Here is the Wikipedia story of that day and photos of the instant the plane hit the Pentagon. It was a sad day. :-(

Miles: we are going to get a hurrycane though,

Miles and I got into some minor trouble,

and blankies from the beds... however she will have to wait.

Miles: The hummingbirdies love these flowers!
They are bright orange and also called mexican sunflowers.
You can get the seeds at Homie Depot in the spring.

I spent the whole week-end playing in my tunnel.
