*Princess* ~~ April 15, 1991 ~ December 17, 2009

Here is my gorgeous Princess yesterday afternoon.
She was comfortable and purring lightly.
She is a precious flower, so pink and white.
She has always been our beautiful girl
She received so many kisses, and pets, and all of your purrrs and prayers.
God was so good to us.
This is truly the end of a delightfully wonderful era.
For Princess, it is the beginning of peace, and rest, with her brother Caesar.
She is truly in Heaven

Rosemary:
Princess died very comfortably and so lovely and peacefully very early this morning.
18 and a half years of so many, so many beautiful memories.
I have been able to remember fondly so many of them while nursing her this past month.
My heart is broken.
Princess is with her dear brother and playful littermate, Caesar.

I won't be blogging for a long time
Pierro and I will come around and visit blogs
I promise
I love all of you so much. Such great and faithful friends all of you are.
Thank you so much for your friendship, your caring.
I have not been able to visit your blogs for a long time.
This is the end of a long very long wonderous adventure with Caesar and Princess
My heart is hurting.
I only ask, please, for your prayers
Lizzie did not make it home in time
I know she will be crushed
Again, thank you from the bottom of myheart.
All of you are the best most faithful kindred spirits and friends imaginable.

Matthew 11:25-30
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am gentle and humble in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

For death, Now I know,
is that first breath

Which our souls draw when we enter
Life,
which is of all life center.

~Edwin Arnold

Thank you, most merciful God, for Princess
Thank you for your guidance
and giving me the strength

Mancat Monday and an uppiedate on Princess

Pierro-
thank you kittie friends for coming over and playing with me. dad is fun but he does not always throw the mowsies the way I like and mom just wants to kiss me or tell me to clean up my toys. Sometimes she calls me and I do not come.

I just pretend I do not hear her and play with my stuff.
You can click on any of my pictures to biggify and see how handsome I look
and the ones below are nice, but I am a handsome mancat!!

Princess is stable. Mom says she is pretty sure that Prinnie's kidneys are starting to fail, so she is giving her fluids every day. Prinnie does not like getting subq's. daddy has to help hold her or she tries to leave like she has a bus to catch. She gets to eat baby food hams all the time now! and sometimes when she does not feel like eating mom puts the food in a syringe and forces Prinnie to eat a little bit.

see, look at her... what a Princess she is.
Prinnie is purring. She seems a little confused, sometimes she acts like she is zoned out, but only for a few seconds. Her room is very warm with that heater, our house is cold.
She likes her room with the gentle light and the pretty classical music on the radio.
Mom put her litterbox really close by.

Princess does not have to walk far to do anything.
See, she really is a Princess!
Mom says since she has been getting this NaCl subq fluids, she seems to be a little more alert.

Our neighbors have a crazy decoration house. What do you think?

They go crazy every year and cars come down our street. It is quite an extravaganza.
Well.... next door looks really fun, but can you imagine taking all of that down and putting it away in January? No, me neither.
This is our house. we like drab.

Happy headbonkie snappy Monday

are the highest form of thought;
