I just learned that Pixie, Sweet Pixie went to rainbow bridge. Oh my heart is heavy. so sad my heart is broken.
I know that Caesar was there to take her by the paw. He was such a sweet boy, I know he was there to greet her. Today I am sad.

Pixie was so greatly loved and she had the very best forever home.
I know every day of her life was happy.

Pierro likes to wiggle onto my pink bed and sleep near me.
Most of the time I do not like this.. but if he is still and quiet, I could tolerate him for a while.
I just ignore him.
He likes being near me... I think he believes that some day soon I will want to do some wrestling...

Well, this week-end we are going to get heavy rains and winds from the hurricane Hanna.
so that means rain rain rain and lots of tv and home baked goods
(we are far enough inland that it will not effect us directly [No. Va]) however Blizzie is in Williamsburg!!

I love home baked goods.

Well it was been a busy week-end mom made it back home safe from the Williamsburg and the trip was very wonderful all thanks to your purrrs
Blizzie is all moved into her dorm at her noo college and she is extremely happy
I was a good canmat while mom was gone
I helped dad a lot and then we did some power sleeping too

Caesar was a sooperdooper power sleeper he really knew how to get every muscle to relax

Wednesday upppp date and the beautiful Princess Whtecat

Pierro:

Mom has been sick with a strange virus she has been feeling yucky and has a rash all over her body it is sort of itchy she says she feels krappy
tomorrow she is driving Blizzkin to the new college (William and Mary) and going to stay in a hotel for one night, then come home on Friday please send super strong purrrs for a safe and easy driving trip it is going to be a long one

Mom says she is exhausted. too much driving....
she is driving out to Annapolis to get Blizzie today.
Then, she will have a few days to breathe... next week is the big trip to William and Mary
so this is Blizzie's last week home.

This is Caesar He was mommie's helper
He was really good at snoopervising and checking the empty boxes

Prinnie does not like to play much even if I first kiss her a lot

I hope you have a supergreat Monday and a very successful week mom is still running around all over the place she took daddy to the eye doctor after his surgery he is still healing he lays down a lot and I get to sit with him He might get his left eye operated on next week this is Blizzie's last week before she has to go away to the college place
she is at gramma and grampa this week and mom will pick her up after she brings daddy to his eye check up appointment
mom is really busy and she will try to let us visit this week a few times
I have to go now and help mom some more

Whitecat my health update and daddy's Surgery Wednesday

Princess:
Well, two things:

first of all, mom has my blood results from a week and a half ago and they look pretty much the same as the tests I had in February, I have mild kidney disease and I guess that means I should continue on my once or twice weekly subq's. Mom is planning on making an appointment for me in September with a new vet (that specializes in senior kittys) that is closer to our house. We loved our vet in Leesburg, but our favorite vetlady left the practice and moved to Maine to be closer to her extended family.
So, the other vetman is not that great. AND he never called mom back on these test results! so, that is why mom has the latest blood work (she is an olde nurse). She casually requested a copy of the results when she went to get Pierro's special allergy foods and exchange some foods for me.

Okay that was long. ...

Today is daddy's cataract surgery on his right eye. Mommie will take care of him.
Blizzie is home with Pierro and me, but she has a lot of busy stuff to do like practice the piano and worry about college classes.
I might not have a chance to visit much for the next few days... after daddy has the right eye done, he will have the left one done. Mom needs to take care of him.

Frootbats and Flowers FRIDAY!!

Princess:

This was a busy week... and next week is going to be really busy, and the week after next and the week after that.
Next week, daddy gets eye surgery on one eye, then the next week he gets eye surgery on the other eye, (he has CATaracts) then the week later... Blizzie goes to college.
I just thought I would let you know all about that. Mom has a big role to play in this activity... mostly as driver back and forth to numerous doctor appointments and check ups, and nurse, and mommie to Blizzie, helping her get packed up and then moved in to college in Williamsburg.

This is a very cute bunch of flowers on the front porch of our house.

Those yellowy-orange flowers are sun flowers! they only grow about 18" high and they are called "Fuzzy Face" Aren't they adorable?
