First of all, we want to extend our deepest sympathies to Anya and her family and our dear buddy Kareltje. It has been a long heartbreaking summer for all of them, and now it ends in peace for their beloved husband and daddy Wilfred. We are so thankful to God that he gave them so many days together - those were days filled with worry and sadness, but also a blessing, and even a gift. Sometimes God gives us extra time ...
All of us are here to help Kareltje and Anya and her dear daughters start a new life. We will purr for them constantly.

We had seen Anya's update and left our condolences. We can't imagine how difficult this time is, but are glad Wilfred now is at peace and whole again. We hope that in time their hearts will find comfort in memories and that they will move on, carrying his love with them all their days.

We have missed you both as you always make us smile - this blog is such a happy place to visit. We were so sorry for Anya and family in their sad loss.
We laughed at Miles in the "grey matters" carrier bag and we were pleased he had sunshine on his whisker humps.

We were so sorry to here about Wilfred ~ we didn't know the family but we do understand the pain of loss. We have been over to pay our respects and condolances.
Mom said she agrees with yoo about the time betwixt illness and Wilfred's death; it must have been painful and so very hard to bear ~ and yet a gift too. At least the family could expres their love and feelings and share them with Wilfred. A sudden death would not have given that gift of time.
