Frootbat Friday

Pierro:
Thanks for liking our box fort.
mom said it was easy to make.
She made us leave the room while she made it though because
she used a hot glue gun and a box cutter knife.
She just sort of made a plan with many sizes of boxes
and made it in two sections so she can fit it through the door.
She is going to bring this cool box fort downstairs this week-end, and put our cube and tunnel stuff away for a while.
we will show you more pictures of it. There are a lot of places to hide and climb through!

Laundry, I love laundry. It has to be bonkie clean and warm

Miles: I just like chairs with soft butt cushions
Mom also discovered me pulling dirty clothes out of the washer
Now she keeps the washer shut anytime there are dirty clothes in there
I hope every cat has a bronkful Friday
Pierro and I have to take care of mom. She got bit by a tick two weeks ago and got a big bump on her arm, a stiff neck and creaky fingers
she went to the nurse practitioner yesterday and got some big pills.
We hope they do not make her sick. She hates pills

Pierro:
happy bonkbonk week-end too, dear friends!

Miles: yeah, and bronk!

Au also loves rolling in laundry! It's ok, as long as you don't end up in the machine :-)

I like the wet laundry. In the summer mum piles it on an outside chair while hanging it, and often finds me asleep on it.

We LOVE your fort - your mom is awesome for making that for you boys.

Get better mom, we hope your tick bite goes away soon.

Fabulous froot bats, both of you!

Lots of purrs to your mom--did she have the tick tested for Lyme disease? Our human has a couple of co-workers who have had to do that periodically, with negative results, fortunately.

Have a terrific weekend!

Oh your poor mom with that tick bite - very ouchy - hope she feels better soon.
We love your fort and think your mom is very clever to design and make it herself - and also mombean our mum likes your few words at the bottom of the blog.
Mum laughed about Miles' soft butt cushions!! Thank you for your kind message about Hannah's vet day.

Oh we hopes your mommy is ok. A few years ago the-one-who-came-before who was a outside kitty brung in a tick and mommy gots Lyme Disease. You makes sure to tells her to takes all her medicine cause if you gets it early its not a problem, but if you waits then it can be.
Our mommy not has any problems once she takes are antibiotics.

You tell your Mom to take care and take ALL her medicines. Maybe she would like the pills better in a pill pocket. We have some beef ones that smell pretty good...

Mr. P you are too divine in your clean laundry; perhaps you have room for two?? *slow eye blink*

Master Miles; what can we say, the pic of you sleeping made That Woman get all goosie and she made that annoying dribbly babbie talks. Ugh! SO glad you didn't have to hear it.

Tic's are sooooo icky; That Woman who feeds us used to go visit her family in the really hot land of Arid-zone-uh and they have BIG goggies who would bring in those things all the time. Grossed her right out! She'd be buggy feelin for weeks!

We thought it quite fun & once... when I allowed her to lay next to me on MY bed; I made the tip of my tail just touch her arm when she was sleepyfied & she FLEW OFF THE BED and FELL backwards into the CLOSET and ALL the cats laughed!!!

we know you boys would NEVER be so mean... It's a girl thing.

Hopes your mom gets better quick!

Wow we hope your mom will be ok and that the pills help her - we are sending her lots of purrs and get well quick prayers!

And you two are so adorable - we think that laundry is great to nap in too, and chairs as well. And oh when we read that you like to pull the laundry out Miles, we just laughed because we could just picture it!

We hope you have a bonkbonk bronk weekend!!

Tell your mum she must take all her pills even if she doesn't like them and even if she feels better before she finishes them. Ticks do carry Lymes Disease but it is successfully treated with antibiotics when caught early which is usually in the first month after being bitten. A stiff neck is one of the symptons, also a raised rash at the site of the bite. We are not trying to scare your mum but want to make sure she knows to take all her pills. There are lots of sheep ticks in the grass where we live so mum is always checking for them and is aware of the symptons.
Pierro, you look very cute in the laundry, and Miles looks sweet on the chair.

We love your fort!! You guys are so lucky to have it!! And fresh laundry is so much fun to lay in. Our mom doesn't let us lay on the laundry...but sometimes we sneak in when she's not looking!

Hope your mom feels better. Getting bit by a tick does not sound like fun.
