Wayback Wednesday ~ kittens

Pierro
here is a cutie picture of Caesar and Prinnie when they were very little kittens
they are 10 weeks old here, just before mommie got them from the lady, wayback in 1991.
Look how sweet ~ Prinnie rests her heavy head on little Caesar's back.
Awww that is sooooo cute...

They were brother and sister.
Mom got them and took them home. That was a long long long time ago.

guess what!?

Mom said I could get a kit-ten!
I have to wait a bunch more weeks and then I can have my very own tiny kit-ten!

daddy said he is going to adopt a curlyswirly kit-ten from missie Coco just for me!
I am going to get a kit-ten with a lot of stripes. I have never seen a stripe up close in my whole life. He will be so tiny, and I will be big!
Mommie said she will surprise me so all I know is that he has stripes everywhere on his legs and arms and his head and .... HIS TAIL! Maybe I can sneek and find something more about my very own kit-ten. If I find out anything. I will let you know!

so...

I have to get ready for my kit-ten

I think have some decent kit-ten-safe toys. Mom! we need new kit-ten-safe toys!
Oh he might get lost in my tunnel. I will have to help him.

I have a million mousies...

come upstairs and see my room

I have a pretty nice room with two windows, a huge bed to jump on and a high quality stereo that plays classical music all day and all night, I have a bloo rug, and a lot of toys here too

okay down stairs again...

This is my very own office. I store all of my foods here.
Hey mom, put kit-ten food on the shopping list please.

I can walk around inside this special room whenever I feel like it.
I think that might be too dangerous for my kit-ten bro-furr though...
This room has two doors.
There are toys on the other side, and
a container with toothbrushes and my nail clippy scissors
a couple of clean blankies, and two boxes of catnip,
q-tippies ::shivers:: to clean my ears,
extra bowls for my foods
and teeth cleaning glop.

Here is my favorite downstairs window bed
there is a lot of room up here, enough for even four kit-tens!
I could have a kit-ten party up here.

I think it will be great having my very own kit-ten.
I am getting excited -- I almost can't wait!

daddy and I have a lot to do today. Daddy works at home and I have to help him.
We take a lot of breaks and play the rug monster game.

and I like taking a short nap before mom comes home from skating.
then I can be very perky and ready to help her.

Pierro:
I have been digging around in the pictures
and look what I found!

This is a picture of Prinnie a long time ago.
She was pretty and pretty chubby. She made a bonkie good shadow!
I think she might have been around 11 years old here - way back in 2002!

Frootbat Friday

Pierro:
Today is a day for recovery. Just whew!
Yesterday was trauma city over here.
Mom put me inside the red triangleprison. She took me out the big door and put me in her driving machine with 4 black circles.
we went away from my house!!
I was really afraid and meowed two hundred and seven times.

Then we stopped and mom took me out and guess where we were?
THE VETPLACE!!
Mom told the vetlady I had bad poops.
I did not want to be there but everyone at the vetplace was so glad to see me.

I was lucky. no one touched my butt.
I got to hide under my snugglies most of the time the vetlady and mom were blabbing
The vetlady gave mom some medicine to make my poops behave.

Then mom put me back in the red triangleprison and took me back home.
I did not complain going home in the car ~ not one meow.

mom made me a canopy for my sunroom bed.

I was really tired

I am glad to be home.
bonkbonkbonkbonk for a happy week-end
mom said we better enjoy it because it is one hour shorter.

I am happy now. My Blizzie is home for a few days from the college apartment in Arlington.
Today, mom and Blizzie are leaving daddy and me to fend for ourselves while they go check up on gramma and grampa.

Wayback Wednesday

Pierro:
Hi kitties!
here is an old picture of Caesar. He was Princess's littermate and he went to the bridge January 20th 2008. Mom says it was one of the worst days of her life.

I never met Caesar, but he was a good boy and enjoyed allowing mom to put stuff on him so she could laugh and take a picture. He loved that. Here, he has on some winter things.
This photo was taken around 2003

My first gotcha day is March 26, 2008. When Caesar went to the bridge, mom cried so much and for so many days, that Caesar got very worried about her. He found me and brought her to me.

I am going to have a big Gotcha Day party on the 26th, so get ready!

Mancat Monday

Pierro:
mom is sewing. She is making a cute bathrobe for Blizzie.
First she has to cut out the pattern

Look at me, I am a great helper. See, I do not mess up the fabric, and I am not chomping the paper pattern.

Mom lets me play around with the scraps.

Then she puts a bathrobe on me meow. meow.

Pierro

Today I have mommie I have sunshine

I have noo food.
you can *click* to biggify

The old noo food was giving me squishy poops and I even popped out a couple of smelly puffs from my butt!! -- that mommie blamed daddy for at first, ha ha bonkbonk
So, mom got me better food.

Mom will give my old noo food (9 Lives) to the kitty shelter in Waterford.
those kitties will probably not get tummy rumbles and smelly puffs from their butts.
I think I have a sensitive tummy, heh.

I hope all of you kittie pals have a super bonkie week-end.

Way back Wednesday

Pierro:
today I can show you a pair of pictures of Caesar the softie, mommies helper boy.
I never knew Caesar, he went to Rainbow bridge January 20 2008. Mom will never forget that day, but she really likes to remember the good times, 16 - almost 17 years of tuxie silliness with Caesar.

Caesar loved Pepperidge Farm fishie crackers

look at his paws making ::air biscuits::

Wow, he was a big gentle tiger.

Mom says I am a tiny gentle tiger.

Mancat Monday

Hi kitties
Today is a sunny morning and I am enjoying this yellow blankie in the sunny window.
This is one of my greatest mancat postures.
I think I could be the centerfold in Mancat Magazine . . .

We are getting MORE snow this afternoon and tonight!!
This is all fine and well, however...

MOM and DAD are getting tired of trying to FIND places TO PUT IT!!
So today it is my mancat job to let mom and dad know that they should just lay around and forget about it.
We can just pretend we live in Switzerland!

moo mooooo

This is a picture of mommy when she was a tiny girl
living in Switzerland.
She is the cutie in the red clothes. (I am taking pleasure in those stylin' plaid hosen)
The lovely girl in bloo is mommie's oldest sister, Dolley. (you must click to biggify this magnificent antique photo. Dolley is an angel now, she really looked like one when she was a little girl In the background is gramma bean, aunt Carla bean [in the lampshade hat] and mom's wild little brother, Johnny, behind Dolley. We do not see sister Joyce bean. She must be wandering around somewhere with grampa bean)
Dolley is in heaven now for ten years. She was going to be 59 this month.
What a sad thing. Mommie misses her so much.
Sometimes mom feels angry that Dolley is not around to be silly with.
They used to love being very silly and laughing A LOT together.
*sigh*

bonkies to all of you for a snappy day!!!

here are three funny quotes I found. They made mom laugh =D
I will share them with you,
so you can have a bonkie haha ha too:

with these nudist colonies,
they sure must turn atheists in the wintertime.

Wayback Wednesday

Pierro:
I like this: Wednesday can sometimes be wayback Wednesday.
I was not around wayback then when dinosaurs roamed the earth and Caesar and Princess roamed this house.
Mom and I found some photos from way back. I will share them, and mom will tell you about them.
this is one of mom's favorite:

two healthy happy kitties relaxing in their sunny room
look how chubby Princess was then haha
Caesar and Princess were snugglemates.
This photo is probably from 2003.
Caesar and Princess were 12 years old :-)

I hope you have a super great headbonkbonk Wednesday.

Mancat Monday

Pierro:
Yep, we got a lot of snow. Our fence just about disappeared!

On Wednesday before the storm (old snow)

during the storm: taken from inside the house
on Saturday morning! look, our fence got tiny!!

The good thing is, mommie is stuck in the house so I can play with her, and daddy too, and help them do things.
mom took her mixer out of this cabinet and baked oatmeal cookies
yeah, she is kind of weird, she hangs pictures inside the cabinet doors sometimes
I helped her clean out this really messy cabinet
it was so crowded, I could hardly walk around in here!

As the mancat, mom needs me the most. a lot.
