Frooty Kitchen Prowlers and Flower FRIDAY

Princess:
Today is the day... that we share our bat ears.
Sometimes... mommie does not deliver our meatglop to us...
so we have to go find her and tell her that it is time to eat!

Caesar always walks around with his tail up very high... or low-high. This is his low-high position, which means... happy but urgently concerned.

and some flowers from the garden.

We have had very little rain here, and mom did not water the grass at all this summer, just the gardens, as necessary. This year, mommie's flowers have not been so spectacular, but they have been just nice enough.

We hope every cat has a delightful week-end

As usual, we will be sorta busy this week-end and into next week. Blizzie is getting ready to go to kollig. Mommie has a squillion things to do... and then... dundundun
Blizzie must return to the kollig compound next week Saturday...
We are deeply distressed!

There are two kinds of people:
those who say to God, "Thy will be done,"
Y
and those to whom God says,
"All right, then, have it your way."

Thursday

Princess:
That picture from yesterday.... that was Caesar jumping from the fridgie when he was 5 years old.
He was always up on things. He used to sit high up on the curtain valences, on top of doors, and he liked to do things to make mommie scream. Once... he jumped right up onto the middle of Chrystabelles bed canopy and crashed and crushed it! He was a lot like ChairmanMao... always spazzing and taking unbelievable risks.

silly brother. I certainly do love him.

The quote... from yesterday. That was a bad quote. We were wondering how many of you would be thinking that was a very negative quote. We think that Ellen was a very gloomy person. We hope she got help.

It is chilly here in Virginia. yesterday was only 68. ..... so much for "global warming"
In upper Michigan, where daddies grampa lives they have already had night time temperatures of 36... brrrrrrr

here a happy picture from last nights video chat and a cheerful quote!

grandma and grandpa went all the way across town to find and purchase a new teakettle.
Here they are showing their new teakettle

I know.... unlike Caesar... I talk too much.
Have a wonderful happy day every kitty

Tuxie Tuesday

Caesar:
Happy Happy Tuesday to all of you!

Yesterday we visited many blogs but we could not comment. Something was wrong there (a mean and annoying error message came up) and it made us sad. Once we got on to Parker's blog and actually left a comment and then it came up with a error message. Prinnie threw a fit and walked around the house screaming her little fuzzy head off. we will try to visit today but mommie has not been too helpful, she claims she has to assist Blizzie with her kollig packing and go with her to the peeple doctor to get glasses and contacts.
It is a dreary rainy day here... finally rain in Virginia.
That means... the birdie bath is full
I think I will eat and sleep excessively today!

Excess on occasion is exhilirating.
It prevents moderation
from acquiring the deadening effect of a habit.

Happy Fri-diddle-day and snappy week-end

Caesar:
Mommie and Blizzie came back from the x-ray place and mommie was still pretty krabby and starving, so I was very nice and let her do some major snarfing. She felt the purrrs. Thank you thank you for the purrrs, they were rumbling over the blue ridge mountains and came crashing over to mommie.

She thinks the x-rays were probably okay, because she has this dumb disease but so far there are no symptoms that she is aware of, or any bad things growing in her, that she knows of....
She just is very very sick of dealing with this. She should count her lucky stars and stop being such a whining ninny.

OH! yesterday their trippy to the gramma and grampa was good. grampa showed mommie his diary that he wrote when he was a prisoner of war (taken up in a razzia in the Netherlands), in Germany. It was a cool diary. It was in Dutch but mommie could read it.

We hope all of you kitties have a terrifical week-end.

We have the Same Muzzle (or as mommie says it, "muvvel")

Caesar:
Hey Hey so sorry we did not blogg yesterday.
Mommie and Bliz were lazy... or something... oh! panicking too...
Yes, about tests, but also ... who knows. things they won't tell us, not to worry our poor little fuzzy heads they think.

First of all, THANK YOU so very much for the purrrrrs and good vibes and prayers for mommie. She feels empowered and brave. Now we just wish she would stop whining.

Today we are going to show you with which kitties we think we share the same muzzle.
Princess:
I think I have the same muzzle as . . . . . . .
I do not know.. who do I look like??

This is Miral from Kattenpraat's catwalk.
wowie... look at those gorgeous bloo eyes :::sigh:::

She is Cornish, like me...... what do you think?

Caesar: Oh, I think this was completely easy. Who cares about the Cornish-Bornish-Schmornish

It is so wonnnnnderful to be handsome!
Presenting:
mirror image muzzlies Maomao and me!

Now Prinnie is laffing about my 'no whiskers'
Hey, I am special. Remember?

Random fact about me. I eat my dry crunchies like a bull dozer. I open up my tiger mouth really wide and pick up as many crunchies as I can... then, I move my head to the right and I dump some of them on the floor next to the bowl as I gobble up the rest. Sometimes I eat those on the floor or if Prinnie is near by, she eats those. Otherwise, I reach into the bowl for a fresh mega-chomp and repeat. Blizzie says I eat like a bulldozer

Thursday, we will not be blogging. Blizzie and mommie are going to gramma and grammpa in Annapolis Merruhlind.
On Friday... after mommie's tests in the morning we will visit around and maybe post a late blogg. We have some flowers to show you... but we can always put them up on Saturday.

Happy Wednesday. Have fun, be adventurous! Do the thing you are not sure you can do!

If you want to make your dreams come true,
the first thing you have to do is wake up.

meme Monday

Caesar: uh oh. we have a bazzilion meme's to do!!
Princess: Well, more like 5. So, let's get two out of the way today!

Caesar:
5 things that changed our lives

1. Being born. we are litter mates and we are happy to be here!
2. mommie finding us by an ad in the newspaper and bringing us home
3. having two wonderful sweet and smart bean sisters has made us smart too
4. living in a gigantic house where we can hide anywhere and not respond when called so the mom bean thinks we might be laying somewhere not breathing hahahahaha
5. subq flooids. They make us feel happy and peppy

Dragonheart chose us for this meme:
Ten things that we hate:
1. Caesar: I hate loud clinking silverware: when mom puts the clean eating tools away. OW that hurts my ears stoppit mommie. don't do that!
2. Prinnie: I hate being picked up and snuggled when I have not given permission to be picked up and snuggled. put me down!!!
3. Caesar: I hate having a hard poop stuck in my butt :::blushes::: it is completely embarrassing and mommie follows me from litter box to litter box to encourage me. Now I have to take gloppy medicine every day...
4. Prinnie: ...I hate being locked in our room at night because Caesar is a pest and will not let mommie and daddie sleep.
5. Caesar: yeah, I hate that... no. yes!
I mean, I hate the part about being in the room at night.
6. Prinnie: I also hate Caesar's loud and persistent crying and sobbing when we are locked in the room at night. Like that is really going to help....
7. Caesar: I hate that I cannot jump down 14 feet from the upstairs like I used to, and it is getting increasingly difficult to get up into some high places.
This is me when I was about 5 years old (1996), in our former house at Merruhlind.
I used to jump to the table and then to the top of the door.

8. Prinnie: Okay... well, I HATE that Blizzie is going back to kollig. I really hate that!!!!
9. Caesar: well, I hate being put in that bloo prison box and shoved into the scary driving machine and going to the vet. meoowww I hate that!
10. Prinnie: I hate that we do not get to eat Fancy Feast anymore. Now we have to eat Hills K/d. It is just okay, but .... boring and not very smelly, rather dry, has white things in it that does not look like tiger foods, and did I say boring?

Today is an easy day. Our Daddie left this morning early. He is driving on a long trip to Mushiegan, no, Mish-Mashiegan... to see his daddie (the old grammpa that snores reeeelly loud) in the YooPee (Marquette). He will be gone all week, so it will just be us and Blizzie and mommie. Yay. We hope daddie has a safe trip and does not get any speeding tickits.

Prinnie: about the stresssss this week... that will happen on Friday. Mommie has to get up really early and get some x-rays and a sonogram done for her doctor that takes care of her bloods that has the non-hodgkins lymphomas floating around in her bloods. This makes mommie all shaky and worried. Blizzie will go with her on Friday. She has to go really early and not have any breakfasts, or any koffee, not even a cookie, so she will be very sad and krabby and afraid and nervous.
Mommie, you need to stop thinking about this now!
Mommie hates diseases. She is a nurse and knows too much. Mommie stop knowing and thinking!!!

Caesar: ::::whimpers:::: Blizzie goes back to kollig in three weeks!
This is terrible terrible terrible. We need to lock Blizzie in her room!

Prinnie:
We hope everycat has the very best day ever!
when you feel the urge to purr, send some over to our place. We could collect some purrs and give them to mommie in large doses every day.
mommie, stoppit, stop werrying

We might be blogging sporadically this week. We will try to visit our wonderful friends every day even if we do not blogggg on a particular day.

love purrrs and headbutts

be a good one.

Flowers Friday and ME... or ME and Flowers Friday

Princess:
Happy Happy Friday.
What a week!

This is what I am going to do all week-end.

Okay okay, I will not send my picture to that bad man (see post below).... all of you are correct
the $850,000 is probably Monopoly money,
and if he finds out my address... he might steal my toys!

Mommie says next week is going to be stressful too.
We will tell you all about that later.

we might need some extra purrrrs for next week...

Regardless, we better rest up.

Here are some colorful garden delights for your viewing pleasure.

Yellow. A happy color

Caesar has been a blog hog

and that has made me a little bit krabby.
Do I look a little krabby here? Well, I look concerned, and not pleased. Not pleased at all.

So, today is my day to hog, I mean... tell you some things.

First of all.
We have been working ferociously on the the 5 things meme, because it looks interesting.
Second: the Not My Species Friend:.... We want to do that but we are not sure who to pick.
We do not have any critters around here that we know about. We do have a horsie, but he is not breathing. His name is Buster. Should I tell you about him? He is a good friend that likes to kiss me.

Third:
I received a very very important email yesterday afternoonie:
AttentionPrincess, I have Paid for the delivery fee for your Cheque Draft.but the manager of Financial Trust Bank Plc Benin told me that before the check will get to you that it will expire. So i told him to cash $850,000.00 all the necessary arrangement of delivering the $850,000.00 in cash was made with SHALOM COURIER COMPANY DIRECTOR. Below is the needed information to enable them deliver your fund to you immediately. the only fee you have to pay them is $100 usd that they will use to obtain insurance certificate and claims of affadvite that will prove that the parcel that consist total sum of $850.000.00 belong to you be rest assure that all other fees have been paid by me.SHALOM COURIER COMPANY PROFFESOR.REV.MAXWELL SHARGAN EMAIL=========global_shalom_info_company1999@yahoo.fr 1.YOUR FULL NAME 2.YOUR HOME ADDRESS. 3.YOUR CURRENT HOME TELEPHONE NUMBER. 4.YOUR CURRENT OFFICE TELEPHONE. 5.A COPY OF YOUR PICTURE 6.COMPANY REGISTRATION NO EG58945 7.CODE NMBER 0140479 Please make sure you send this needed info’s to the Director general of shalom Courier Company PROFFESOR.REV.MAXWELL SHARGAN with the address given to you. Note ;The SHALOM Delivery COURIER COMPANY LTD don't know the contents of the Box. I registered it as a Box of family valuable belongs. They don't know it contents fund. this is to avoid them delaying with the Box. don't let them know that is money that is in that Box.I am waiting for your urgent response. Thanks and Remain Blessed. SECRETARY JAMES WILLIS.

What exactly does this mean?

$850,000 seems like A LOT of green papers, A LOT OF GREEN PAPERS!!! I could do some serious shopping with that and have plenty left over to give away.
Should I send him my picture?

And absolutely Fourth: yesterday mommie was giving me my subq flooids but she did something stupid. ((She read that this could happen but she is an old nurse so she did not think she could possibly DO such a dopey thing.... )) when she stuck the needle in.... the flooids were going in very fast. . . . She accidentally pushed the needle a bit too far through... when she saw my bloo blankie in my kitty cup getting soppy, she got very very sad and stopped and let me eat my meatbabyfoodglop... and then she stabbed me again and turned me into a camel with a water hump. I did not get mad. Poor mommie, she had a "stoopid attack".
She felt very bad about it but Blizzie was loving me and I did not mind.

I hope every cat has a wondermous and fabbie day!
Puuurrrrrrs, Princess

Here is a little special something I found in one of Blizzie's jazz books!

Tuxie Toozday with gramma and grampa

Caesar:
Happy Tuxie (that's ME) Toozday every cat!

here is a photo I wanted to share with you last week... but... I forgot.
Mommie and I had video-chat with grandma and grampa last week.
Blizzie and daddie were visiting a college in PA.
Gramma is clapping because she is happy to see me
if you click to biggify you can see me really good in the upper right corner!

Now... it is important to point out here, if you are looking closely, you will see that my gramma was borned with only a left hand. God decided that she did not need a right hand, her arm ends at her wrist. (God might have given her right hand to someone else that has a large butt and thunder thighs [everyone gets something, right?])
My gramma is quite amazing :-) In the oldish days she was at one time, by some people, considered "handicapped" but my gramma did not want to be treated like she could not do things on her own, so she was persistant and a little stubborn. ("no no, nothin' doin'" as she would say)
She raised 4 children (including my mommie, who was kid#3), she sewed many of their clothes when they were little, even some spring coats that all matched, she makes Belgian lace (mommie has some she can show you one day) she embroiders beautiful pictures, she is a gourmet cook, she plays the piano (quite well) she can drive and she goes to exercise class, and she volunteers for the Red Cross Blood Drives, Oh I almost forgot, she sings in two choirs.

My mombean is not this peppy. . . .

My grampa is amazing too. I can tell you about him some day... for instance, how he is 83 and he still plays tennis (geezer tennis) and has won a whole bunch of Geezer Olympics Medals in tennis, and how he got snapped up by the Nazi's in WW2 and forced to get on a train and work far away from his home for almost a year, until the end of the war. Then he walked all the way back home to his mommie and dad and brother and sister in Rotterdam, Netherlands from Poland.

So Anyway, I like to make an appearance on videochat night to make my grandbeans happy. After a while, I say goodnight and go upstairs and howl my head off. They make me happy.

Difficult things take a long time,
impossible things a little longer.

happy Thursday

Prinnie:
We hope you have had a delightful week so far.
The beans have been very busy here... going here and there, doing this and that.

Here are two kitties that mommie took care of last week.
They live in the house across the street.
This guy's name is Muffin and he is a big muffin.
he weighs 20 pounds, but he is very lovey dovey and has a gigantically loud purr
Sometimes I am pretty sure I can hear Muffin purring all the way over at my house.
then, the other kittie's name is Squeekie. This kitty is a scaredy... but mommie was gentle with her and soon she came out and she was loving mommie just a little

Mommie loves taking care of kitties.
I wish I could have come over and helped. oh well....

Happy Happy Thursday from Caesar and me!

We are ready to have a happy snappy day!

Mom and Blizzie have lots to do.
YES, Blizzie made it back home from her adventure. She did a lot of driving in parts of Maryland and Virginia she has never driven on her own. She made it home all by herself (mommie was worried), she did it. wowwwww

We are planning on having a really good day.
We hope your day is happy too

OH! remember... we might not be blogging every day for a about A MONTH!
Things are crazy busy here...
We will try to visit around even on days that we do not blog.

Proverbs meme

Princess:
We absolutely love the Proverbs meme!

This is sooo much fun!
Dragonheart tagged us, and so did LittleloudLucyfurr

They had fantastical proverbs.
Here is Dragonheart's:
"If at first your humans don't tend to your needs, meow and meow again."

Here is LittleloudLucyfurrs's:
"BE WARY OF THE TAIL
IT MIGHT BE SWISH
OR COULD BE THRASH"

Thank you Dragonheart and Lucykins for choosing us!

A proverb is a simple and concrete saying popularly known and repeated, which expresses a truth, based on common sense or the practical experience of catkind. They are often metaphorical.

I had many many great ideas for wonderful Proverbs.
Here are a few of mine:
"Talk doesn't open cans of meatglop."

"A kitty is as old as she feels herself to be."

this is my very favorite:
"Don't put all your Temptations into one crystal bowl."

Caesar: here is my Proverb:
"Many a whap is done in jest."

We do not know who to tag... hmmmm who has not done this yet?
We might be one of the last.
There were so many superb proverbs out there.
we should make a book!!!!!!

If you are interested in participating in this really fun meme
then you ARE hereby tagged!!
meow!
TAG

We hope you have a very special and exciting Saturday.
Blizzie is coming home today. I am waiting right here for her.
And I get my flooids this afternoon. Send bravery purrs.
snuggles and purrs, me

Here is a proverb my mom likes:

The nose is for breathing~
the mouth is for eating
cakes and cookies.
here is the mom and dad that SHE inherited this cookie obsession from

snarfing the cookies

Frootbat Friday

Caesar:
This is me, the sleeping frootbat. sometimes I lay like this while I am getting my flooids. But I keep my eyes a bit open... to be sure I get the babyfoods after.
If you click on the picture to biggify, you will see a great picture of ME and my eyes are a bit open too!

Prinnie is upstairs waiting and waiting for Blizzie to come home from her roade trippie.
grate nooz:
Yesterday Prinnie got her flooids, but guess what? she was happy while she got them, well, not ekstatic, but moderatley content. She did not struggle. Mommie and Bliz discovered a great thing. If Prinnie is in her snuggly cup bed, she feels more secure getting the flooids. One small step for Prinnie, One great step for getting flooids....or something like that.

Today is going to be a super fabbie day.
We hope you enjoy it, and have a wondermous week-end too

Blizzie's first roade tripp is today!

Princess:
Blizzie is going to werk at her silly grocery store job this morning, then... dundundun, ... gulp, I will get my subq's. Then, Blizzie is going bye-bye. She is going to the camp where her friend Katie is working as a counselor all summer. Blizzie is going to visit her. She is driving all the way to the camp place in her little car named "Cubby". This is her first big long roadtrippie all by herself. She printed out a squillon maps she got from Googlie mapps. It is only a one hour drive. She has her cell fone, and her camera. She is going to have a great adventure.

I will wait for her. She will come home some time on Saturday.
I will wait and wait and wait.

Happy Thursday to all of my friends.
Today is going to be a good day!

Word~full Wednesday

Caesar:
Prinnie took her flooids yesterday. She did not scream as loud and not for so long.
But she was still really ::::steamed::: afterward.

Okay, so this is how it goes: mommie comes into our roomie upstairs (if I am up there she throws me out... well, she politely asks me to leave...) and then she shuts the door with Prinnie and Blizzie and the bowl of chicken baby foods.... oh, and the big bag hanging on the nail and all of that scaary stuff... ie: the needle.

Mommie is not squeeemish at all. She is very calm and focused (she used to be a nurse and gets what she came for every time) , first and foremost, she makes Prinnie feel like she can trust her but mommie still gets what she wants: to get the flooids in Prinnie.
So, heeheehee, Prinnie sees mommie with the bowl and she gets up and makes a dive for under the big cozy bed in our kitty room. so then mommie has to lure her out with the mighty tempting stinky smell of the chicken in the bowl yumyumyum..... :::salivates::: finally Prinnie will come out and mommie puts her on the big pillow and holds her down. Blizzie helps. That is when mommie says 1-2-3 and stabs her and that is when the screaming really starts. Mommie and Blizzie talk very soothing and sweet to her and tell her how wonderful and courageous she is.
Prinnie does not listen. She is just mad mad mad.
Mommie thinks it is better to give her flooids at home than take her to the vetlady.
she thinks that she will eventually get used to it....

Prinnie is always happy and lovey dovey after about 30 minutes!

Today is Wednesday.
We hope you have the very very best day ever!

There are two tragedies in life.
One is to lose your hearts desire.

The other is to gain it.

Facial Expression Tuesday

Princess:
Luxie asked us to share a picture of a favorite facial expression.
Here is mine.

Today I have to get subqflooids (blah). I get them every other day because the vetlady likes me better than Caesar.
Okay well, Maybe that is not really the reason.
Boy do I get miffed when mommie gives me flooids. meee-yow!

pee-ess:
mommie has not read the HP book7 either. Blizzie is reading.
She has read the last 6 books but at a very slow pace.
Sparknotes has a great synopsis of each of the stories. So does Wikipedia.
Right now she does not really have time....
Happy Tuesday to you!

"Sometimes, timing is everything."
