Well, things have been busy here.

Mom is always busy. Blizzie is always busy and daddy works at home and he is busy too. So Pierro and I have to take matters into our own paws

Pierro:

after many unseasonably warm days in which mom did a lot of sewing to make cute things for her very sick friend, today is a deeeelightbonkful day for her to go out and get her garden back in shape.
Yesterday our three servants (mom, dad, and Blizzie) just ran off to Annapolis Maryland to attend the Greek Festival with gramma and grampa.
They came home really late last night!

Cool Mancats on Memorial Day in the USA

Pierro: Today is a holiday in our country.
Today is Meow-morial Day, a day we remember and honor our brave and noble military men and women that have fought for our country and sacrificed their lives for our freedom.

Miles: Well, have a bronkibonkbonk day kittypals
Pierro and I are working on important stuff today! -- as usual.

They shall grow not old

We are sorry we have not been visiting. Mom has been gardening!!

She said she was not going to make a huge colorful flowergarden this year but she changed her mind.
Her dear friend across the street has bad cancer. She is home and she is very very sick. The cancer is taking her life! Mom has been making the garden on the side of our house, that faces her house, really pretty for her sick friend to enjoy. The family made a special room on the main level of the house that over looks mom's special garden and flowers just for her.

Pierro: Mom has been helping the family too -- so she just comes home and kisses us and cuddles us too.


Miles:
Mom cries a lot because her heart is broken.

Miles: it's my gotcha day!!

Miles:
Today is the day I came to my forever home family, just last year!
Missie CurlieSwirlie Teri brought me in her fancy car (free delivery) right to my new house!

I am very happy to have a big brother like Pierro.

Ever since I came to my forever home,

he is always looking after me and keeping me in line....

Pierro taught me all about being a mancat

we have great adventures every day

We play in our tunnel

we plan all of our strategies at our main headquarters:

The Box Fort

we run up and down the stairs every day -- a lot!


we snoopervise on top of the cabinets over the fridge


we check our food cabinets at least once a week.

and--

We help each other finish our foods

because we are real brothers: Miles and Pierro!
Partners in silliness, we always help mom and dad too!

The ragdoll and turkish van kitty girls (Lola, Betty, Carly and Mimi) next door changed from kittens to plus size in the blink of an eye. They grew out of their tree house and gave it to us.

We checked it out right away and gave it 8 paws of approval.
ahhhh plush wall to wall carpeting too!
It is the coolest tree house we ever had, ever!!

Now we use this as our satellite office to relax and recharge
and think of new ventures

Yep, I am a happy boy.
My mommie CurlieSwirlie Coco does not have to worry about me.
I am living the good life!
I am loved ♥

Pierro: mom says she is so tired from the trip to Williamsburg for Blizzie's graduation from William and Mary

Miles: Blizzie graduated summa cum laude with a degree in International Relations and a minor in French. Her brain is huge!

Miles: I think she should nap with us

Pierro: Have a bonkiful day and a fun filled week-end

Pierro: Mom and Christabelle sister and daddy are on their way to Williamsburg today to see Blizzie graduate from kollig
so, we are staying here and guarding the house

Miles: Guess what? we will not have a mancat Monday bloggie
because mom will not be available to help us type -- the fact is, she is taking her laptop with her!!
Pierro:
Happy Week-end and we will blog sometime next week,
most certainly next Friday.

Pierro: no that would not be a good idea, Miles.

Sorry so so very sorry we have not been visiting blogs. Mom says she has been "busy" whatever that means. This coming week-end Blizzie graduates from kollig and then after that mom will have all the time in the world.

Happy Mother's Day !!

this week-end this a special celebration to all of the Mothers
and of course to all of you that have taken the role of a Mother
in any sort of manner. It is an honorable task - being a mom.

Miles:
All of you are special and this entire week-end is the time that you are recognised for your hard work, -the headaches, dry cracked hands and tired legs and feets, grey hairs, saggy skin, droopy eyelids

Mancats Monday

Miles:
This is my kittenbed.

Mom got this bed just for me! I was just a teeny tiny canmat last year when I came to my forever home this month, on the 23rd of May. I was supposed to come earlier but if you remember, first me then my brothers, got the sicks and Missie CurlieSwirlieTeri made us stay with her for whole 'nother week for observation.

I can still fit really neat and tidy in my kittenbed
if I put my tail on my head

Pierro:
Miles is a superb brother. We are quite different, however we make the perfect team!
Miles bigger than me by about a pound. He is meows a lot. He eats like a freight train, pricks the carpets and he is not afraid of strangers, and he jumps off of the upstairs railing at least once a week with a big crash! (Dr. Breezy said to keep our weight down to avoid injuries)

Me, I just guard my carrot, and I maintain a tempered composure
and always mindful restraint. Besides - observing Miles testing all of these scientifical possibilities is exciting enough!
